7. The Bourbon Apple Cider Sour

1.5 ounces bourbon
1 ounce apple cider
1 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
1 cup ice
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Add everything but the ice into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and then shake again. Strain into a serving glass and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon.

6. Cranberry Moscow Mule

1.5 ounces vodka
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 ounce cranberry simple syrup
1/2 bottle ginger beer
1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice


Put ice, lime juice, cranberry simple syrup and vodka into the mule mug. Stir and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime and cranberries.

2 ounces gin
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
1 egg white
1 cup ice


Put gin, lemon juice, pumpkin butter and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds. Strain into serving glass and garnish with thyme.

4. Cranberry Old Fashioned

1.5 ounces bourbon
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 cube sugar
8 cranberries


Add bitters, sugar and five cranberries to a serving glass. Muddle until sugar dissolves and add bourbon. Garnish with remaining cranberries.

3 ounces spiced rum
8 ounces eggnog
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Whipped cream and cinnamon


Fill a large glass with all the ingredients, stir and pour into serving glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.

1.5 ounces vodka
1 ounce cream
Whipped cream


Pour coffee liqueur and vodka into an old fashioned glass over ice. Float cream and stir. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

1/4 cup dulce de leche sauce
