Casa Lapostolle 'Casa' Grand Selection Sauvignon Blanc 2016 Review
This wine is quite neutral. They blend 15% of Sauvignon Gris (a mutation of Sauvignon Blanc with little to no aromatics) which comprises the aroma. There is some lime and white peach on the nose and maybe some lemon zest but on the palate these are mostly muted. It is a balanced wine though and would do well at a big party where wine is not the focus.
