This wine comes from Domaine Ciringa’s Grand Cru vineyard dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc, a very important variety in Slovenia. The Grand Cru status comes through in this wine. Deep minerality on the nose with waxy fruit notes and some floral aromas folded in. It’s light and refreshing on the palate with high acidity that is matched by grippy depth.
