Mayacamas Vineyards Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Review
While Mayacamas Vineyards, named after the mountain range the winery resides on in Napa, is famous for its Cabernet Sauvignon, all of that elevation and sun the region is known for is also great for Sauvignon Blanc. This is glaringly apparent in this wine. It has a nice waxy-fruit nose with flecks of white pepper and a dash of lime oil. The palate is dry, but full, with a soft grip and a very refreshing finish.
