Rutherford Ranch Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Review
It has the low alcohol that gives it nice, lean acidity. It has the bright citrus notes of grapefruit and meyer lemon. But this Napa Valley Savi B needs food. Even though it is clean and crisp there is a hint of capsicum trying to steal the aroma show, and almost succeeding, as it binds with the natural sugars, which is fine if you have a nice goat cheese salad or ceviche in front of you. This is a great value as a food white wine.
