Le Batossay Al'Cab'Erné Cabernet Franc 2023 Review
This organically and biodynamically farmed Cab Franc from the Loire Valley is one for the natural wine lover. It's carbonic in style, jumping out of the glass with juicy red fruit notes. But there are also some savory hints of earth, pine needles, and dried leaves that make a quick appearance on the palate. The lively wine comes in at just 11.5 percent ABV, making it light-bodied and ready for a slight chill.
