Toast Winery Cabernet Franc 2021 Review
Native New Jerseyans made their way to the west side of Seneca Lake to fulfill a dream. From trips to New York wine country to the Yadkin Valley of North Carolina these self-taught winemakers learned all they could before settling in the Finger Lakes. Now, Mike and Jayne Gibbs are living out their dream and making great wine along the way. This Cabernet Franc is a great example. The nose is punchy with pops of cherry. It has a great palate with a slightly candied, juicy vibe flecked with classic Cab Franc peppery notes.
