Hannah Staab is a WSET 2 Certified wine and food writer, publicist, and enthusiast based in New York City. Her work has appeared in The Vintner Project, Grape Collective, and SommTV Magazine. She is interested in sustainability in both wine and food, as well as exploring obscure and underappreciated wines and regions. Hannah holds a master's degree in Nutritional and Metabolic Biology from Columbia University, and often approaches food and wine from a scientific perspective.
