Gradis'Ciutta Sauvignon Collio 2017 Review
Notes of ripe pear and pineapple open the nose with hints of mint. The palate is angular, with bracing acidity and a perception of dry wet rock. This would be a great foil for a summer salad, with goat cheese and walnuts drizzled with honey.
