While winemakers typically lean into the crisp and clean freshness that Sauvignon Blanc offers, Division dives into the variety's potential to make round, textured white wines with this single-vineyard bottling. Its aged for 12 months on the lees in French oak and acacia barrels, which gives it an incredible, unctuous mouthfeel. The grape's natural acidity and fresh citrus flavors still shine through, making it a wonderfully balanced wine for those who enjoy fuller-bodied whites.
