Common Wealth Crush Co. is a custom crush pad and winery incubator in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley that also produces its own label. This Sauvignon Blanc was initially made as a curiosity and became a hit, earning its place in Virginia wine canon. Zesty citrus, green apples, honeydew melon, and sea salt emerge across the nose and palate, with a slight hint of tropical fruit (kiwi, perhaps?).
