Balletto Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley 2017 Review
The bitter tinge from the 2016 vintage is still there, probably due to clonal selections. There are nice notes of rhubarb and strawberries with a lofty vanilla note. The bright acidity brings that tang of fruit forward though. Maybe another year in bottle with flesh some things out.
