Balletto Vineyards Harvest Select Noble B Chardonnay 2021 Review

The Balletto family is a big part of the history of Sonoma wine. They sold fruit to award-winning winemakers for years and eventually took the plunge and released their first vintage in 2001. This is a special wine made from selectively harvested botrytized Chardonnay grapes that they release to members of their wine club, and is well worth seeking out. It has a warming honeyed nose with hints of toasted coconut. The palate is soft and viscous with nice weight and just the right amount of acidity.
