Canadian Whisky 101

While Scotch and bourbon get most of the attention in the whiskey (and whisky) market, Canadian whisky isn’t to be ignored. Like Scotch, Canadian whisky foregoes the “e,” but after that, it’s in a class of its own — take, for instance, some of the big Canadian whiskies like Crown Royal and Seagrams.
