Slater Run Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Review
The Slater family has farmed along Goose Creek in Virginia for 300 years, but in 2010, it decided to plant grape vines as well. And we are so glad they did. This wine has a stunning purity, with earthy bell peppers, crisp apples, and fresh cooking herbs on the nose. The mouthfeel is extremely focused, with fruit, acid, and the grape’s classic pyrazine flavors all equally present. The balance here is amazing.
