Weingut Ignaz Niedrist preserves the fresh, vibrant nature of mountain fruit with stainless steel and neutral oak applications to accentuate the wine's inherent beauty. It has bright aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit pith, and a quiet, salty butter note. The palate has impeccable balance with soft, creamy fruit and supportive acidity. The finish lingers in the best way.
