This wine comes from certified sustainable vineyards in Marlborough, and it really captures the classic style of this region. It has bold notes of orange zest, tart gooseberries, and herbs. Sometimes Sauvignon Blancs with this intensity can land unevenly on the palate, but this bottle manages to maintain balance through its crisp acidity.
