Macari Vineyards Katherine's Field Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Review
Macari Vineyards is, and has been, at the forefront of Long Island's movement toward quality and sustainability — and that comes through in this very balanced and expressive Sauvignon Blanc. It has mineral and peppery notes with a distant hint of citrus and maybe some peach flittering about on the nose. Bracing acidity fills the palate with good medium fruit depth. Such a refreshing and balanced wine.
