Ever think about getting a nice wine that you can chill down and have with some nibbles on a warm night with good friends? Seek out this wine, cuz it’s one of the best chillable reds on the market. It’s just over $20, but soooo worth it. Cerasuolo in Italian means cherry-like and that’s what you get, along with some fresh earth vibes. A very well balanced red that sings when cooled down with bright acidity. This is where a caprese, maybe some calamari and a stack of soft Prosciutto are in order.
