Paraschos 'Not' 2019 Review
Pinot Grigio is part of the wine history of Gorizia in northeastern Italy's Friuli region. Although today we see many wines from this grape as a straw yellow color, here they let it sit with the skins to extract the variety’s natural hue. This skin-contact Pinot Grigio is a classic example of what to expect from this wonderful place. It has a well-balanced nose with some anise and Campari aromas. There is a rich palate with good balance and fruit depth. The tannic edge from the skin-contact is subtle, making for a comfortable mouthfeel.
