Paraschos 'Orange One' 2019 Review

The Paraschos winery lies in Gorizia, a small town in Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region often known for skin contact wines. This wine walks a fine line between traditional and more modern styles. Made from native Friulian varieties, this is Gorizia history in a bottle. The nose is filled with subtleties. A hint of mint, orange zest, and a distant whisper of marzipan. The classic palate has medium depth with a subtle tannic frame that is all very balanced by excellent natural acidity
