Mayacamas Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Review
Mayacamas Vineyards is uniquely situated on the slopes of Mount Veeder, where the high elevation and sunshine both contribute to the region's high-quality wines. This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in 65 percent stainless steel and 35 percent neutral French oak for five months on the lees. This leads to a complex wine with great balance. There's zesty notes of lime and grapefruit with a crisp minerality. The wine has great acidity, but isn't lacking depth. This is a truly impressive Sauvignon Blanc with impeccable freshness from the Napa Valley.
