Sentium Sauvignon Blanc Mendocino 2024 Review
Sentium is a project from the fourth generation of the legendary Mondavi family, working with organic vineyards in Mendocino’s Redwood Valley. Winegrower Chiara Mondavi crafted this soft, fleshy wine with 92 percent Sauvignon Blanc and 8 percent Semillon aged in equal parts concrete, neutral French oak, and stainless steel. The resulting wine is elegant with notes of fresh citrus and herbs, lifted by a river rock minerality. The mouthfeel brings precision and depth, with a slight grip.
