This vibrant and fizzy pét-nat is made with 100 percent Blaufränkisch from the Haloze Hills in Slovenia. It has notes of watermelon Jolly Rancher, cherry, and blackberry, with savory hints of mint and basil. If you haven't tried sparkling wine from Slovenia yet, this bottle is a fun introduction.
