Ferrari Trento Perlé Rosé Riserva 2017 Review
This riserva bottling from Ferrari shows the serious side of sparkling rosé. It was aged on the lees for a minimum of 47 months, which adds great complexity and depth. There are concentrated notes of strawberry yogurt, pink grapefruit, and orange zest on the palate with a fresh, mineral-driven acidity.
