Château Minuty Rosé et Or 2023 Review
This is a classic Provence rosé but with the volume turned up to 11. Château Minuty introduced this cuvée in 2009 to showcase the estate's most expressive sites, and it comes through in the wine. The wine is brimming with aromas of ripe apricots, mango, papaya, and peach rings. The concentrated fruit notes are balanced by crisp acidity on the palate.
