Ferrari Rosé NV Review
This is a rosé bubbly hailing from the slopes and valleys of the Dolomites in northern Italy. The Lunelli family is defining the standard of this style in Trentino. They make four rosé bubblies in total, and all are wonderful. This, being their entry into the lineup, is a great place to begin enjoying the wines from Trentodoc. This wine is all about structure. It has a round and fruity nose, with an active perlage carrying the aromas to your brain. The palate is where it’s at; nice and refreshing with a slight grip and lively bubbles that give it a refreshing finish that begs for the next sip.
