St. Innocent focuses on single vineyard expressions of Pinot Noir in Oregon's Willamette Valley, but this bottle shows it can also make some serious sparkling. In this blend, the Pinot Noir gives it its beautiful bright color and red berry notes, while the Pinot Blanc brings floral and citrus aromas. It's a wonderfully balanced and complex wine.
