Erste + Neue (first and new) is a historic co-op in Alto Adige, Italy, formed by the merger of one of the region’s first co-ops with a more modern cooperative. This delicious wine has a fat, juicy nose of sliced apples and bell peppers with hints of freshly cut grass and anise. The palate has an excellent balance with fresh, angular acidity and a rich depth of fruit.
