Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Review
Debuting in 2020, Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel quickly — and justifiably — made a name for itself among bourbon fans, and bottles now sell for many factors above its MSRP of $50. Arriving at a fairly modest 47 percent ABV, the whiskey has been finished in custom-toasted new oak barrels, which prove to add multiple layers of aromas and flavors to its profile. Rather than just toast and oak, prepare for luscious caramel aromas, and alluring coffee and dark chocolate notes on the palate. What a welcome addition this is to the Elijah Craig family.
