Corey Creek Cabernet Franc 2022 Review
Marin Brennan of Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek Tap Room continues to push the envelope of American winemaking. Her seashell-aged Chardonnay seriously impressed us, and this Cab Franc and Viognier seven day co-ferment is yet another example of that innovation. It’s earthy and jammy on the nose with some savory pepper and baker’s chocolate. The fruit on the palate is soft with pops of juiciness and some good tannin. This is the chilled red for meat dishes.
