CHO Wines Rose City Rosé 2023 Review

Dave and Lois Cho started CHO wines in 2020 making small batch sparkling wines and Pinot Noirs in Oregon's Willamette Valley. This rosé of Pinot Noir is a tribute to Portland (the city of roses) as a collaboration with Make Portland, an initiative to invest in culture and celebrate all things that make Portland special. It has a stunning dark color and is brimming with juicy berry flavors. The palate has concentrated notes of strawberries, black raspberry, cherries, and fresh herbs, with an enticing creamy texture. This is definitely for drinkers who like their rosés with a little oomph.
