Pali Wine Co. Rosé of Pinot Noir ‘P.C.H.’ 2023 Review
This rosé of Pinot Noir comes from Pali Wine Co.'s estate vineyard in Santa Barbara's Sta. Rita Hills AVA. It has fresh fruit notes of cherries, cranberries, and grapefruit with a delightfully creamy texture from three months of aging in French oak barrels. This is the platonic ideal of Pinot Noir rosé.
