Bodegas Salentein Portillo Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Review
The nose is all spearmint bubble gum, then vanilla, then banana drizzled with lime oil. It’s a wild ride for this grape which is usually more on the herby side. The palate is clean and balanced and all of the aromas stay with the nose while the palate gives pure mineral-driven wet rock. It’s a unique wine.
