The Story Behind The Footloose With Chartreuse

If you're planning a holiday get-together or searching for a booze-inspired gift for the spirits lover in your life, this footloose and fancy cocktail is your friend. Crafted with gin and yellow chartreuse, it not only makes an attractive tipple for a party, but can be arranged in ingredient form as a gift that will keep on giving.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ½ ounce yellow chartreuse

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for approximately 30 seconds to chill and combine ingredients.
  3. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with Maraschino cherry.
