Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards Double Dog Red 2020 Review
South of Los Angeles and north of San Diego is the Temecula Valley AVA. It's tiny but mighty and Wilson Creek is one of the driving forces here. This is a wine region we should all keep our eyes on because great things are happening here. This wine is a good example. It has a wonderful heady and fruit-forward nose that is powered by high alcohol. But that alcohol just adds to the layers. The mouthfeel is smooth and deep but with great natural acidity which brings it all together on the palate. Fire up the grill!
