Wilderness Trail Straight Rye Whiskey Review
We’re not quite sure how Wilderness Trail does it, but this distillery performs mysterious wonders with rye. Flavors of menthol, fresh herbs, and caraway rise to new levels seldom seen in the category. Notes of vanilla and coconut make an appearance, allowing the profile to dance between savory, spicy, sweet, and vegetal. This is a stunning rye, and not to be missed for just $65.
