Ventisquero Sauvignon Blanc Reserva 2015 Review
There’s no question that this is Sauvignon Blanc; at first sniff, jalapeño pepper jumps out of the glass, with lemon citrus to back it up. It’s somehow pico de gallo like, bringing on visions of outdoor summer fiestas. The palate is bright and in-your-face as well, with an added squeeze of lemon zest and acidity that really cleans and refreshes the mouth. Not entirely complex, but not one-note either.
