Trestle Thirty One Rosé 2023 Review
Trestle Thirty One founder and winemaker Nova Cadamatre showcases Cab Franc's graceful and delicate side in this rosé. There's subtle hints of fresh jalapeño on the nose alongside notes of honeysuckle and melon. A dash of Chardonnay in the final blend adds an extra layer of acidity on the finish.
