The Dalmore 14 Year
Review
From The Dalmore’s “Principal Collection,” this Scotch began its journey in ex-bourbon barrels before a portion of the liquid was finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from renowned producer González Byass. This U.S. exclusive kicks off with wafts of red berry and stone fruit intertwined with notes of vanilla and savory spices. The palate is equally impressive, dishing up a similar profile accented by cloves and wisps of star anise on the finish.
