The Dalmore 12 Year Sherry Cask Select Review
This limited release is finished in a mix of Oloroso and PX sherry casks. It’s got the classic Dalmore dessert-y notes of dark chocolate and candied oranges, only taken a step further. It’s nutty, it's spicy, it’s a bit earthy and salty, there’s even a kiss of smoke. Elegant and rich, it would make for an ideal after-dinner pour.
