Thacher Constant Variable 2016 Review
This wine is dark and earthy, with a good lift on the palate. It smells like blackberries with a dollop of yogurt and roasted herbs (like on rotisserie chicken). The palate is soft and savory, with a good depth balanced by bright acidity. It’s a great wine and worth the ecommerce.
