At SOM (State of Mind), each wine is made with a collaborative approach. An equal-partnership collective of sommeliers, winemakers, and vignerons drives the winemaking process. Not just one winemaker, but a team. And everyone gets credit. Coming from the Willamette Valley, this beautiful wine has a nose of tart citrus, just-ripe peaches, ginger, and lemon curd. The palate is rich yet grippy and refreshing, with great fruit concentration and an involved acidity that speeds through the wine.
