Sojourn Cellars Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Review
Sojourn sources from vineyards throughout Napa. This is their study in Oakville. It’s dominated by the Oakville Ranch fruit, which makes up the Oakville Ranch Cab (obvi), and it comes through in droves. This is a big Cab with great fruit concentration balanced by a framed tannin structure, providing some contrast on the palate. This wine can absolutely age, the drying effect is prominent, and will get better with time. But right now, it will definitely jive with a rare, juicy steak.
