This is a bag-in-box wine that was built to chill, literally. It's a blend of red and white wine grapes that Ryme Cellars believes deserve some love among the more famous grapes. It has a calm, fruity nose, but the palate is where it hits just right with a chill. It has a good depth of fruit and great acidity that keeps it refreshing. It's juicy balanced, approachable, and fun. This wine is a triumph in the chilled reds category.
