Bright and fresh, this Sauvignon Blanc smells of an orchard, with apple blossom, crunchy pear fruit, and hints of green leaves. Though clean and straightforward, the palate evolves steadily, with tart fruit, then a bite of bitter pith, followed by a long, savory finish.
