Abbazia di Novacella Sauvignon 2023 Review
Abbazia was founded in the town of Novacella in 1142 by the Augustinian Order of Canons Regular. The Augustinian Abbey currently works with about 200 acres of vines to craft wines that deliver great quality for the price. This Sauvignon Blanc has delightful aromas of freshly cut grass and citrus and the palate brings soft notes of peaches, grapefruit, and herbs. The acidity adds great structure, balanced by a slight roundness on the palate.
