Prats & Symington Post Scriptum de Chryseia 2016 Review
This dark, fresh, and smooth red is the result of a partnership between a venerable Douro wine family (the Symingtons) and a Bordeaux superstar (Bruno Prats). The color is a deep purple, and aromas include ripe plums, red cherries, and violets. The texture is clean and fresh, with soft, powdery tannins, and a lot of fruit. It's fresh enough to enjoy on its own, but would also pair well with grilled meats.
