All angles, this Venetian blend is perfumed, with cooked, raisin-like fruit, cocoa powder, lilacs, and vanilla extract on the nose. The palate is surprisingly tart, with notes of iron, prosciutto, and green spice, but it’s lacking in the mid-palate.
