Château Carbonneau 'Classique' Bordeaux 2014 Review
This wine epitomizes the term “claret” in the sense that it’s a medium-bodied, value-driven, somewhat generic-tasting Bordeaux wine. On both the nose and the palate there are tart red and black cherry, grass, pepper spice, and clay notes that never gain great depth. That being said, it’s a good catch-all red and remains pleasant throughout.
